Furnace brazing

Furnace brazing is a semi-automated process used to join metal components with a dissimilar, lower melting filler metal. It allows designs of one or multi-joint assemblies to be joined by a reproducible metallurgical bond.

Induction brazing

The joining of two or more materials by a filler metal using induction heating. Materials are heated rapidly by the electromagnetic field of an induction coil.

Electron beam welding

Specialist metal joining technique used to create high integrity joints with minimum distortion. A fusion welding process under vacuum, without filler material.

HIP diffusion bonding

HIP technology allows the consolidation and diffusion bonding of a wide range of materials in the solid or powder form.

Hydrogen brazing

Hydrogen brazing is a braze process that uses the cleaning (reducing) properties of high purity hydrogen to improve the flow characteristics of the braze alloy.
