Bodycote appoints VP of North American ADE Operations

Bodycote plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Sobieski as Vice President, North America Operations, Aerospace, Defence & Energy (ADE). In this role, Mike will be responsible for managing the ADE locations in North America and will serve on the Global ADE Leadership Team.

Mike comes to Bodycote after an 18-year career in the Aerospace and Automotive industries, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Holly Performance Products in Bowling Green, Kentucky. In previous senior roles, Mike has managed numerous operations in the US and Europe.

Mike has significant experience in the deployment of Lean Manufacturing and World-Class Quality Systems. Mike has practiced these skills both in the manufacturing and the academic environment having consulted and instructed at Eastern Michigan University.
