Bodycote plc announces that its Annual report for the year ended 31 December 2009, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy are now available on the Company’s website at www.bodycote.com/?OB=33&;POB=6.

Printed copies of these documents will be posted to shareholders on or around 25 March 2010 and they will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority’s document viewing facility at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
